                            RESOLUTION NO.   21098 
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                 AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT
                 OLSEN HENSLEY FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES DURING
                 SEWER CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT NO. 73A-2, BIG
                 RIDGE COLLECTION SYSTEM II, WHICH AMENDMENT
                 INCREASES THE CONTRACT BY FIFTEEN THOUSAND, TWO
                 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($15,200.00) FOR A REVISED
                 CONTRACT PRICE OF NINETY THOUSAND, THIRTY-FIVE
                 DOLLARS ($90,035.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement with Piedmont Olsen 

       Hensley for engineering services during sewer construction
       Contract No. 73A-2, Big Ridge Collection System II, which
       amendment increases the contract by $15,200.00, for a revised
       contract price of $90,035.00.
